Hier geht es zu einigen Bildern die ich in Amerika gezeichnet habe. Mein Kunstlehrer schrieb dazu folgendes:
Hi: My name is Kevin Studley and I am Andreas' high school art teacher
in Albion, Michigan. I wanted to take the chance to tell you what a
pleasurable and fun experience working with Andreas has been this year.
I have had him for two semesters and have found him to be hard working,
polite, humorous, easy going, and a great young man. He has been doing
excellent work for me and it is because of this work that I am partially
writing.
Earlier this semester I gave him an assignment to illustrate a story
using his distinctive drawing style. We settled on the epic hero
Beowulf and adventures surrounding him as the subject. Andreas drew
rough drafts of 12 illustrations for me, then reworked them into full
color final drafts. After that, he retold the story in his own words.
His work is excellent, in my opinion.
He will be bringing home with him the original drawings, but you may
view them now, along with his retelling on the attached website I
maintain. Just click on the Beowulf: The Illustrated Story link to view
it. Also, feel free to browse around the rest of the site to see some
of the other art related things Andreas has been around. Also, feel
free to pass my site address on to friends and family so that you can
brag about Andreas' talent. I know that I will.
Thank you again for sending such a great student to Albion. He will be
missed. Also, please encourage him to let me know what he is up to when
he returns to Germany. I would be curious about his future
